DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT<\/strong><\/p>\n

La galvanisation \u00e0 chaud consiste \u00e0 appliquer une fine couche de zinc directement sur une bobine d'acier lamin\u00e9e \u00e0 chaud ou \u00e0 froid en la faisant passer dans un bain de zinc en fusion. La galvanisation de l'acier forme un lien m\u00e9tallurgique entre le zinc et la t\u00f4le d'acier sous-jacente. Lorsqu'il est expos\u00e9 \u00e0 l'air, le zinc r\u00e9agit avec l'oxyg\u00e8ne, l'eau et le dioxyde de carbone pour former une couche de carbonate de zinc (ZNCO3) r\u00e9sistante. Cette couche prot\u00e8ge l'acier sous-jacent et cr\u00e9e une barri\u00e8re qui devient partie int\u00e9grante de l'acier lui-m\u00eame et offre une tr\u00e8s bonne aptitude au formage et \u00e0 la peinture,<\/p>\n
