Stepping into the warehouse area, with hundreds of galvanized coils and galvalume coils of different specifications neatly stacked on them. The warehouse manager introduced: “Our coil storage area covers a total area of 5,000 square meters, which can hold more than 2,000 tons of galvanized coils and galvalume coils of different materials and thicknesses at the same time. From ultra-thin specifications of 0.12mm to thick plate coils of 3.0mm, we can quickly retrieve them according to customer order requirements.”
In the adjacent exclusive storage area for color-coated coils, color-coated coils of different colors are stored in zones according to color systems and coating types. Common color systems such as red, blue and gray are clear at a glance, and specially customized color systems are separately marked and well protected.
In the roofing tile storage area, a “vertical layered + moisture-proof pad” storage method is adopted. Whether it is color steel tiles, galvanized tiles or galvalume tiles, they are stored in categories according to models and sizes to avoid deformation caused by stacking. A special quality inspection area is also set up in the warehouse. Before each batch of products is put into storage, they must go through multiple processes such as thickness testing, coating testing and flatness verification to ensure that each product delivered to customers meets national standards.
